Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new releases, limited drops, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated to affected customers.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Available shipping options and their prices are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days in transit after dispatch, where available.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders when the eligible order subtotal meets the threshold displayed at checkout, after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
